Not weather related, but jaw dropping. The people in a village on the Niger River in Africa were losing fellow villagers at such a rapid rate, that they had to call in the Army to hunt down the culprit. A 22 foot, 2500 pound Crocodile. Speechless.... (imgur.com)

hmmm, just looking at it all those people are probably pretty tiny and thin and some feet behind the croc. as i know that crocs do get up to that length i wish the picture could be confirmed as real. in fact, i'm going to risk my internet reputation as a crocodilogist as say i believe the picture is real.
