Okay, usually I'm not quick to whiteknight but stop making fun of this person. My guess is that for whatever reason she took this pic (most likely medical reasons/ keeping track of weight), she did not intend it to be posted to reddit to be ridiculed by thousands of people.

She might not only be physically (and you cant just assume that her obesity resulted from her lifestyle) but also mentally impaired, if she intended this picture to be seen by the public.
