OP, if you're the one who made the gif, I can explain why it's moving so fast. To lower filesize, you likely removed every other frame of the gif. When you do this, make sure you double the delay of the remaining frames.

Reddit is plain mean sometimes. So a few months back I got a new tattoo and I was also fairly recent to reddit so I was browsing around to see which subreddits I was into. I discovered /r/tattoos and decided to post a picture of my new tatt and ask people what they think? Turns out it got downvoted like hell and people were saying it was crap and stuff. I looked at it thinking if I made a mistake for about a week. Never asking reddit for an opinion ever again.

I don't downvote often, but I find myself downvoting a lot of threads on r/aww. Why? Because of sympathy-seeking posts. 'He died today, show some love!', 'He has cancer, show some love!', 'r/Pics didn't love him, will you?', 'I just saved this cutie from the gutter, show love!'

Anything that reads like someone vying for attention is instantly downvoted. r/aww is for cute, adorable pictures, not ones that depress you or remind you of nasty horrible shit. That constant 'pay attention to me' ruins the /r/aww experience for me.
