The meat is seared on the outside and sealed with butcher paper/foil. If you only feel safe when you cook a ribeye to well done, do yourself and the world a favor and become a vegetarian.

The bacteria lives in the meat you moron, searing it wont help. If anything just speed up the growth by raising the temp of the meat right to the temp e coli likes it. I have taken so many serv-safe certifications in my career managing restaurants that I'm pretty sure I know what the fuck I'm talking about. And I eat my steaks rare, but right off the grill, not four hours later. Ever had food poisoning? It feels like you're dying. Do whatever you want. Its your stomach.

Or you'd just need to be eating rarely cooked, cheap meat sourced from a filthy feed lot (that's a bunch of cows standing in 6" of shit their whole life, where 99% of American meat comes from) that has been stuffed in a sugary agar and left to breed bacteria for 4 hours at ideal temperatures (warm but not hot) and conditions (wet and sugary) for growing.

Being obese, stupid and afraid of being a "pussy" doesn't give you a stronger immune system. It just makes you more likely to die.

I didn't say anything about being a pussy, just having a pussy immune system. Despite this, I still hold the belief that if you're brought up to be a sheltered little bitch, who rarely to never comes into contact with germs and bacteria due to fear, you will have a weaker immune system. Humans are more resilient than you think when they have to adapt. However as a Brit I cannot speak on the quality of American meat, so it may truly be a pile of germ festering shit.

He used two of the steaks in the first layer. Looking closely, you can see the line that separates the two. And since it's a bubble, there's less space at the top than the bottom, so it'd build like a hill.
