I read somewhere that she really messed her leg up from this. Ihave torn ligaments before, once from just kicking something. It doesn't take much and you can see she is in massive amounts of pain by how fast she grabbed her leg. If it was embarrassment there would have been a delay or something.

I've seen some really really thin dancers bust their ass on stage and really hurt themselves. Gosh, you guys make it seem like she's HUUUUGE. I mean, yeah she's pretty out of shape to be dancing, but she's definitely not Shamu status at all. It looked like this was performed in a big hall of some kind and I just really feel sorry for her.

Its really strange the rationalizations people will put themselves through: young girl eats her way to thinking big is beautiful and she can be like everyone else hence getting into a ballet performance, it looks awkward and weird it isnt self affirming at all. Then watch as her entire leg revolts from the strain. Its like me riding my bmx on a half pipe again at 40, thinking old guys can do it, crashing, become paralyzed in front of my kids, I was trying to impress, now cannot work to support them.
