When they got ready to launch the rocket, everyone was like don't do it. But NKorea launched it and they were like this.

Honestly, chances of the rocket actually working were always worse than 50/50 tbh. It was the first test of a new design, from a country who's never built a rocket of that size before. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think anyone has gotten their rockets to work first time.
