I seem to be one of the few, but I've always found steak, no matter how well-cooked(skill-wise and how much red is left) and expensive the steak is, it's always just... alright to me. I'd honestly rather have a $0.40 package of ramen than a steak at a classy restaurant.

My dad cooks steak regularly* and it's always felt like "That's meat", like, just the raw basics.

I'd much rather go for something inexpensive, tasty, and unhealthy as shit

*I'd like to note he does make a ridiculously good steak though (Or so I've heard)

My dad was crazy about this, I would always tell him that steak is okay but I would much rather have something more interesting than a slab of meat. Sure enough, the next time he's cooking steaks he says something like "Should I cook for you as well since you hate steaks?".

This is also a philosophical argument put forth by Hillary Putnam in response to the question, "are we living in the Matrix?". She claims we can't know, because it would be impossible to articulate it without referencing things only internal to the Matrix, like a computer talking about its own code, unless we leave and can look on it from the outside.

This scene always confused me a little. He's sitting in the Nebbuchaneazuaeauaraıotr in front of the screen, talking to Neo and then suddenly he's in the matrix talking to Smith. How does he plug himself in to the matrix and then exit w/o anyone on the ship noticing, especially considering the rest of the movie they have to "go up to broadcasting level" to hack into the system. And, if the scene is just the way Smith interprets the written replies, whats with the line from Cypher about how real the steak feels?
