That baby is so cute. I had a Golden Retriever when I was younger, two years younger then me, that I grew up with. It was my best friend. Whenever I was sad from being bullied at school my dog would be there to give me love. I always wonder would I be the same person if that dog was not there to boost my spirits, to comfort me, to lick the tears from my face. You are a great parent for providing your child with a friend like that. A great parent!

Out of pure curiosity (with maybe just a touch of concern), is this healthy for such a young baby? Barring physical possibilities like puppy getting suddenly uncomfortable, aren't allergens and potential viral and bacterial hazards present here?
