Entry level means that you are going into a bottom tier...No management. So many people thinks that means NO EXPERIENCE. incorrect

You misread it. Entry level is not a reference to experience. It is a reference to the level at which the position is.Basically, it is intended for people who have worked the job elsewhere (yes, i know that sounds stupid). Think of it this way, Entry--> Managerial as in, levels of responsibility. NOT of experience.While managerial would require experience, it is not something ENTRY level.

It is an unfortunate misinterpretation by those seeking jobs who have been turned down .It perpetuated itself without being corrected and people now have a tendency to assume "entry level" is something other than intended. Experience Level should be noted, but most employers/HR depts probably see no need to change how it is worded. I hope that better explains it.

Edit 1: I'm fairly certain you need to better understand what a catch-22 is. Edit 2: Before someone accuses me of being an elitest. I am a 29 year old, soon to be college graduate. I keep getting turned down because of my age and lack of "experience" in the field. I have other work experience, but unrelated to my fields of study. Even my veterans preference can not get me a job I am not qualified for.
