It is not specified what Earth year the story takes place, but judging by the technology we can assume that most of action takes place in a fairly advanced civilization. Therefore there would most likely be a more portable form of audio entertainment. Thus concluding that Darth Vader and Bobba Fett are hipsters.

But this is intentionally bringing characters from one universe into another. Darth Vader and Bobba Fett would never be in a 70's Earth-style basement listening to Pink Floyd. If they were on the Death Star, then that would make sense.

I think he may be talking about how his legs are crossed. He's crossing his legs like how a woman would. The pit of one knee is on top of his other knee. Men generally have re ankle of one leg resting on the knee of the other leg.
