Assuming a possibility of capitalizing or not each letter in the title there are 223=8388608 possible combinations. Significantly lower than most lotteries. Given a more standard assumption of going by words with a set of Capitalized, non capitalized, and FULLY CAPITALIZED there are a mere 37=2187 combinations. Further reducing to common standard writing patterns would reduce the combination space further.
