Looks almost identical to the barn in the Cordon that's right before you have to cross under the railroad bridge. You can jump up on a truck and knock down a box containing some ammo and a silencer.

I can see how it might work. Instead of just straight up using the poles and concrete to support it in conventional means, they used the power of leverage and gravity to their advantage. The main weight would be placed on the concrete center, with the poles in the back pulling the house to the ground, causing a lever action to occur, and keeping the far side up.

If I remember correctly, this is a prop from a Russian (Ukrainian) movie. I wish I could remember where I read this.

Edit: The movie is called "Kin Dza Dza". A search on images.google.com would confirm, and this site gives a semi-unsatisfying explanation.

Edit2: More info:

On 2007 Jun 7 the original perpetrator, Cyrill, posted another retouched picture of kin-dza-dza: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/2558057 In the commentary following this photo, on 2007 June 23, Cyrill admitted, “yes, I used a photoshop.”

On 2008 May 15 a picture appeared showing the site after the structure was demolished: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/10248881

The site is ten miles north of Odessa, near the Black Sea.
