Are forreigners still allowed to smoke dope there? I thought they stopped serving foreigners or was I misinformed?

There are plans to maybe stop serving weed to foreigners. Its difficult in Maastricht already iirc. But seriously, even if the government decides foreigners arent allowed to buy weed anymore, you'd probably get native drug runners to get it for you.
