Having completed a thesis on this very subject, I can confirm the puppy's face and ears remain static, whilst the box/room is oscillated at high speed by pneumatic pistons. The camera moves with the set just appearing to make the face/ears jiggle.

Note: This is only experiment #482a commissioned by the US military designed to determine puppy head flexibility. Millions more tests hope to yield high-g-force puppies who can bridge the gap between manned get aircraft and sniper drones.

Additionally, as puppies have no citizenship enemies, capturing our flying canine commandos would be safe to be released to sniff poop in foreign lands.
