As an owner of a dog with intervertebral disc disease, that bag would be quite handy for my dog's wheelchair. Generally speaking, my dog has zero control over bowel movements and as much as I can know her schedule and know when she's about to go, she still has her oops moments.

For the common dog that is potty-trained and doesn't have incontinence, it seems pretty useless. For my dog, it's a carpet-saver.
