Exactly how many boobs do you have???

[–]niro88 60 points61 points ago

Four. She needs two bras!

[–]AduroNox 45 points46 points ago

.............. That would actually be okay with me.

[–]GhostedAccount 18 points19 points ago

Not until you see a picture of how fat someone has to be for them to have what appears to be more than one set of boobs.

[–]DavidBowieVoice 28 points29 points ago

[–]hollander93 6 points7 points ago

I don't know what I expected from that.

[–]Ruvaak 4 points5 points ago

I did not expect that to actually be relevant.

[–]FatZombieMama 9 points10 points ago

I get no complaints.

[–]FeminineEminem 2 points3 points ago

What if she is a cow?

[–]AcneVulgaris 45 points46 points ago

I keep my wife bonded to me by removing the bra and giving the areas under it a good scratch.

[–]elairah 16 points17 points ago

I love the feeling of rubbing right beneath my breasts where the underwire sits. Obviously I must find a man like you who would appreciate having such a responsibility!

[–]AcneVulgaris 11 points12 points ago

Just wriggle around and make orgasmic noises during the process, and you'll have what you desire.

[–]glitterandgore 2 points3 points ago

A boner to deal with?

[–]Scarbane 3 points4 points ago

Let me just put this tip in my Rolodex...

[–]Poisson_Boisson 5 points6 points ago

Just the tip?

[–]figtoria 124 points125 points ago

OMG - best part of the day - come home, remove bra.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

[–]le_melody 54 points55 points ago

And don't forget about the makeup, work clothes, contact lenses, etc... Gosh, how nice would it be if society didn't value outer appearance?!

[–]hoodis 41 points42 points ago

From my experience its other women that demand that more than men.

[–]krulos 17 points18 points ago

Agreed. Women seem to care more about other women's appearance than men. I've heard way more snide and catty comments about someone's hair/clothes/makeup/appearance etc from women than men.

[–]ProsithiusErvingMott 3 points4 points ago

Because the women are in competition. It's like a guy saying,'he's not so tough.' about a guy

[–]acatalinar 69 points70 points ago

Men are the real natural beauties of the world, all they have to do is bathe and brush their teeth and their gorgeous, but woman have to literally transform. What if we didn't shave, left our hair in its natural state, didn't pluck our eyebrows, didnt wear a stitch of make up? didnt wear push up bras? we wouldnt be seen as the better looking sex. It blows :/

[–]Lampmonster1 161 points162 points ago

brush their teeth and their gorgeous

Is gorgeous your pet name for the penis?

[–]fing_longest 50 points51 points ago

Do you brush your penis? Perhaps you should shave it.

[–]Lampmonster1 56 points57 points ago

I find that a nice, silky coat of hair attracts the furry girls.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points ago

Let's hear it for static electricity.

[–]IanSlinger 49 points50 points ago

all they have to do is bathe and brush their teeth and their gorgeous,

Rather, all they CAN do is bathe and brush their teeth, and if they're not gorgeous yet, TOO BAD! You wanna smooth out that complexion? NO DICE! Eyebrows not really cutting it for you? THEY'RE STUCK THAT WAY! Not enough room for your organs in your silly bifurcated legwear? SOMEONE'S CHAFIN' TONIGHT!

[–]PointyStick 15 points16 points ago

So what you're saying is, I'm modeling my morning routine after Patrick Bateman's for nothing?

[–]lostpatrol 14 points15 points ago

I'm modeling my friday night after Patrick Bateman's.

[–]starvard11 12 points13 points ago

I've lately been teaching a bunch of classes at fancy, high-paying firms in corporate America, and I'm constantly surprised that the men and women seem to be meeting the same standards. They're all eating salads for dinner, drinking diet cokes or water, wearing nice clothes, etc. The dudes have their hair neat, nice shoes, matching belt, ironed shirt, clean and smelling good, etc... just like the girls.

I don't know what it means that they all look good, no one overweight or sloppy. But it does seem to be the same between the men and women. (For what it's worth, they're all in the mid-20s to mid-20s, sample is about 200 people).

[–]Downvote_Sympathy 15 points16 points ago

they're all in the mid-20s to mid-20s

So roughly in their mid-20s then?

[–]starvard11 4 points5 points ago

ha, that second one was supposed to say 30s

[–]ElleBoo 12 points13 points ago

I used to feel so uncomfortable going out in public without makeup on. I started slowly scaling down how much I wore (to just powder and mascara) and now sometimes I go completely with out. If I'm just going to Walmart or going to get breakfast with my fiance I don't bother putting any on at all. My skin is so much clearer now and I have a lot more self confidence knowing that I am comfortable in my own skin.

Now going without a bra... couldn't do that.

Also, I only shave when I feel like it. Why should society dictate what beauty is?

Ironically, I am a trained hairstylist and makeup artist.

[–]Rhesusmonkeydave 11 points12 points ago

Maybe this is a division down sex lines, but you done lost yo mind!

All the magic of fashion, makeup, ILM level CGI, and time in the world can't make men more than hairy lumpy golems.

Ya know why men look at picture of women and women read romance novels? That's why haha

[–]samisbond 9 points10 points ago

all they have to do is bathe and brush their teeth and their gorgeous

I'm pretty sure I'm homely no matter how much I wash.

[–]k6eqj 36 points37 points ago*

Isn't that how patriarchy works?

I'll try to explain. Some of this is factual and some of it is just speculation.

Let's go back thousands of years - before agriculture and domestication. Basically, before humans actually started producing their means of survival and depended completely on what they could hunt (game) or gather (plant based food) or find (water sources). They rarely had any surplus lasting more than a few days. This created the material basis for an egalitarian society. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunter-gatherer#Social_and_economic_structure)

As population grew (or in relatively densely populated areas), there was growing competition among tribes for means of survival. As clashes became more frequent, males, being stronger and expendable, came to form a warrior class and women generally stayed back. Groups where women fought and died in battle would end soon as there would be no one to create another generation.

When agriculture and domestication began, so did people start settling down and accumulating surplus. Men, being organizers of warfare, became organizers of state too. When battles were fought, men often took possession of land, cattle and enslave the women of the enemy. As such, men started to [1] accumulate the means of survival [2] objectify women Gradually, women became a commodity - to be exchanged for social or political purposes, to be captured in battle, etc. etc. Females depended on men for their survival (as men owned all land and livestock etc.) and protection (as men monopolized state and military). The value of women to society was now reduced to being source of sexual pleasure for men, maintaining male household, taking care of children (who are now defined as the man's) etc.

So men now defined the terms of how females should behave or what was expected from them. They defined what was considered sexually attractive and how women should correspondingly adopt these standards. Men now defined what women could do and what women "shouldn't". These standards and terms created by men were glorified as something "God" willed or was "Natural female behavior": -Women should dress or present themselves according to what is sexually appealing to men rather than what is comfortable or utilitarian Ex: Chinese Foot binding, Lipstick, plucking eye brows etc. -A "good woman" is a good piece of private property. She was always faithful to her husband. She maintained her virginity for him till the day they married. Women who didn't do this were socially stigmatized as "whores" and lost their social value for ever. -Good women don't complain, don't voice their opinion (or vote, though this changed in the last century - I will explain later why patriarchy weakened a bit) because they were "stupid".

As you can see, these "biases" are not a product of psychology or bad upbringing. They are not innate. They are a product of social evolution. They have a material basis - the division of labor between sexes and the fact that men controlled the means of survival. Men also try to control the reproductive rights of women. The current abortion debate is to be seen in this context.

Now this division of labor is gradually disappearing in the west - women are entering the workforce more and more. They are also starting to own more and more property. It's not a surprise that feminism appeared in advanced western societies. That's not because they were "more intelligent" but because these societies have socio-economic conditions (or material basis as I call it) necessary for such a consciousness to develop. As this material basis for gender hierarchy is disappearing patriarchy is starting to weaken a bit. But for it to disappear completely two things must disappear: 1: There must be complete equality between men and women in all fields. There is a long way to go for this. Though most of patriarchy would go away with this, this is not sufficient as the biological basis for patriarchy still remains: 2: Reproductive technology must be developed as rapidly and as much as possible - contraceptives, abortion, test-tube babies etc. and these must be made available to all women easily. As women gain control of their body and of their reproductive rights, patriarchy will weaken even more.

But even if this is done, there is still another basis for patriarchy left - men are physically stronger and more aggressive than women. How this discrepancy is overcome, I have no idea yet.

(Forgive my typos...)

[–]r2002 13 points14 points ago

But even if this is done, there is still another basis for patriarchy left - men are physically stronger and more aggressive than women. How this discrepancy is overcome, I have no idea yet.

These advantages will also disappear as we progress. Physical strength will be valued less and less in society as more labor is taken over by machines.

Aggression is not necessarily the most important trait in business anymore. A great CEO/manager is someone who is able to foster cooperation and build consensus.

[–]k6eqj 1 point2 points ago

These advantages will also disappear as we progress. Physical strength will be valued less and less in society as more labor is taken over by machines.

Yes, that's what I said in another comment..

Aggression is not necessarily the most important trait in business anymore. A great CEO/manager is someone who is able to foster cooperation and build consensus.

I was talking more in terms of physical aggressiveness and strength (due to male hormones) which men may use to physically hurt women. Even if all the other factors contributing to male domination are gone at a macro level, individual men may still physically threaten individual women. There is no limit to how this problem can become. Although when production technology is sufficiently advanced and women become economically and politically independent, there is a possibility that "family" as an institution will fade away. In fact, women may choose not to date or marry at all. This drastically reduces the chances of domestic violence - which is like 90% of male violence against women. But it's still not a permanent solution. May be something drastic like bioengineering would be the only way to completely eliminate this problem.

[–]heetic 43 points44 points ago

tl;dr

[–]floppypick 14 points15 points ago

Back in the day, men were fighters. Groups where women fought died out. Agriculture started, men ran the communities. Because women were so important, they were seen as a commodity, didn't fight, raised children did simple jobs. Men were in control and defined what a 'good woman' was. Those who weren't good, failed socially, so majority of women acted in a way desired by men, thus leading to what we have now. Women are no longer dependent on men though, so gradual social change has been occurring and shall continue to occur.

That's the gist I think.

[–]MrsJulmust 1 point2 points ago

You are a hero.

[–]floppypick 1 point2 points ago

You know, this comment really brightened my evening and made the time I spent writing that completely worth it.

Thank you.

[–]k6eqj 4 points5 points ago

sorry, can't :/ I guess the first line works as tl;dr

[–]Revived 2 points3 points ago

tl'dr is for the lame, you don't need it, he/she just wants to learn less than what you have to offer.

[–]boatmurdered 2 points3 points ago

It says they've uploaded bunch of funny pictures over at 9gag. Go and have a look.

[–]justanothercommenter 1 point2 points ago

tl;dr Get that bitch a cow. Bitches love cows.

[–]usedtowork 11 points12 points ago

Isn't that how patriarchy works?

speaking as a member of the patriarchy, let me assure you we have no desire whatsoever to see women wearing bras

[–]MrsJulmust 8 points9 points ago

You sure? Bras are padding. They make breasts appear more voluptuous and firm. Not to mention that they push the breasts up and together, which combined with a low-cut shirt creates cleavage that you can ogle at.

[–]usedtowork 4 points5 points ago

yes I'm sure and please view shirts as optional too

[–]Fucha 4 points5 points ago

How do you propose physiological differences should be handled? Since women generally possess less physical strength how wild one achieve true equality in a field requiring extremely strenuous activity dominated by men (eg. Fireman). I'm all for equality, but I've even seen a copper that happened to be a woman just wait for backup instead of pursuing two males who had assaulted my friend and I, because she was a rather petite woman and well they were men. I guess that's understandable, but how is true equality ever actually going to be achieved if there are biological differences between the sexes? (I'm not trolling, want to have a nice civil discussion, possibly learn a thing or two).

[–]BaconOnEverything 5 points6 points ago*

If a job assignment requires certain physical capabilities, then set those requirements. Anyone who passes, passes. Male or female.
Is it likely that the proportion of candidates will be skewed towards males? Perhaps, for certain requirements. I have met very small men and very large women. I've met agile women and clumsy men. Of course, also the opposite. I'm just trying to illustrate that the averages for the genders should have nothing to do with the individual humans who qualify for a position. If one passes or fails, so be it.
Edit: Perhaps I should replace "large" with "strong". I have a few EMT friends, male and female. The two males are generally larger, but my female friend is incredibly strong. Size isn't always the most beneficial factor.

[–]Fucha 1 point2 points ago

Oh for sure, once again great examples used. Thank you for keeping things civil and not hopping on the downvote train :)

[–]k6eqj 0 points1 point ago

I guess as automation increases, the disparity in strength becomes more and more irrelevant. For example, in the past, normally women wouldn't hunt big game or fight thick battles.. but now with tanks, missiles, aircrafts and other advanced technology, women can participate in battle more and more. Although your point is perfectly valid. What I mean by "equal in all areas" is in terms of social, economic and political power... and when it comes to individual professions, there are bound to be differences. A man can't give birth or breastfeed babies etc.

Nothing can happen overnight. There are a lot of changes to be made.

[–]TypeSafe 1 point2 points ago

Just noting that this comment directly contradicts your previous statement that

There must be complete equality between men and women in all fields.

FWIW, I don't think that equating political, social, and economic power with equality in specialized fields has any basis in logic.

The only true way for men and women to become completely equal is to erase all sexual differences, but that doesn't seem productive nor desirable. All people aren't created equal, but the goal of feminism shouldn't be to impose an artificial universal equality but erase patriarchy (or, more accurately, kyriarchy) which constitutes systematic oppression or inequality.

If a man or woman's biological traits make them better suited for a particular task it's absurd to require equality in this area, but some specialized task does not represent the entirety of social dynamics.

[–]RattsWoman 3 points4 points ago

I don't do any of this crap except hair grooming. Hair that is any place other than my scalp makes my skin itchy as fuck and thus it must be destroyed. No, I am not a forever alone.

[–]Deracination 3 points4 points ago

"didn't pluck our eyebrows"

Most guys get serious unibrow without plucking. Also, women with more than three hairs for an eyebrow look great.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points ago

[–]makattak88 1 point2 points ago

[–]mcmur 1 point2 points ago

No homo...but sometimes, i totally feel like this is true.

[–]Robotlolz 1 point2 points ago

You would probably be surprised by the amount of men getting waxed/laser hair removal, going to salons, etc. etc...

Not me of course.

[–]phyzome 0 points1 point ago

I don't know what you're on about. As a hetero male, I find that shaving and push-up bras do little to enhance a woman's appearance, and feel that makeup and eyebrow plucking look downright weird. Non-messy hair is cool.

But I'm just one guy. The takeaway here is that you may be responding more to culturally imposed messages about beauty standards than the actual reality of what people find attractive.

[–]ass_whuppington 14 points15 points ago

as a male, i think women shouldn't feel the need for bras. or even shirts. also, too much makeup is disturbing. what i'm trying to say is that women (such as yourself i'm assuming) are purrty.

[–]kernelhappy 20 points21 points ago

I have to disagree, bras are a good thing, not because they are a social conformity, but because they help prevent a woman from having to carry them around in a wheel barrow when they get older.

[–]abritinthebay 23 points24 points ago

Yeah, that's not true. Bras do two things - give the illusion of pertness, and stop them bouncing while walking.

While women with really super large breasts may have some help from bras due to stress factors, for most it's just genetics

[–]millej 2 points3 points ago

People have posted links to a study that showed that this isn't actually true. I'd search for it, but I'm on my phone and that's a pain in the ass.

[–]voxoxo 17 points18 points ago

That's correct. Breast sagging (ptosis) is a biological process that actually has nothing to do with gravity and/or bra. There was a front page thread about it recently.

In light of this, and as a man, I am 100% supportive of the no-bra movement.

[–]orangewaterbottle 4 points5 points ago

regardless, it still feels nicer to have them strapped in a bit while you're out and about. but oh so nice when you're just relaxing and letting them all hang out.

[–]millej 3 points4 points ago

Oh, I have no doubt about that. I'm sure it feels grand.

Once while drunk I did it blind in a swift motion like snapping my fingers. We were both in awe for a good 30 seconds, then resumed sexy time. I have never been able to do this again, even with the same girl and same bra.

[–]VanFailin 7 points8 points ago

"We must try and replicate it again! We'll meet at your place. Bring the same bra and a case of beer."

[–]Always_posts_serious 2 points3 points ago

[–]whetu 49 points50 points ago*

The one handed snap

Lots of fumbling with multiple bras on a number of ladies over the years before I figured that one out by myself. The worst was when I was (a lot younger and) just getting used to getting a girl's bra undone with two hands, and then got a girlfriend who somehow managed to find left-handed bras ಠ_ಠ

edit: MOAR SKILLZ: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHD57F7nDi0

Haha I can't believe I just watched 5 minutes of very dated footage on undoing bras.

I don't understand how this is so complex to some guys. I've been able to undo the girls I've been with's bras one handed.

[–]wakeupwill 1 point2 points ago

Really? I have a hard time understanding what people find so difficult about opening a bra. The one-hand, finger-snap isn't that hard.

[–]QWOP_Expert 2 points3 points ago

Some girls are gifted and have bra's which are harder to unclasp, on which the one handed finger snap doesn't work.

[–]XTraumaX 1 point2 points ago

The hell man? I take that shit off with one hand. But then again I also know how to solve a rubiks cube :\

Don't mind me then, Im just a freak of nature I guess.

[–]katlaish 8 points9 points ago

Bras are like a boobie zoo.

[–]lcynicl 23 points24 points ago

[–]Higgelhiggel 51 points52 points ago

[–]SpaceGoatCheese 32 points33 points ago

I get something of a sine wave-like boner as my eyes traverse this webpage.

[–]no9 8 points9 points ago

You didn't specify where the peaks are… I'm slightly worried.

[–]Timthos 5 points6 points ago

Hey, don't judge homosexual furries just because you don't understand.

[–]lcynicl 1 point2 points ago

oh, how comforting. Thanks.

[–]QueueNX 7 points8 points ago

eyebleach

or

the sparsely populated /r/Eyebleach

[–]lcynicl 1 point2 points ago

thank you, that helps.

[–]STUN_Runner 15 points16 points ago

I either have to lose weight, or I have to become fascinated with what's happening to me, like Jeff Goldblum in The Fly, start keeping a journal... I grew a second set of man-tits today, that's interesting... note to self: send pics of man-tits and ass-belly to Discover Magazine...

[–]touchy610 23 points24 points ago

That was beautiful.

[–]ANOTHER_STUPID_USER 2 points3 points ago

You monster.

[–]poppycaulk 1 point2 points ago

Why does he have dinner plate sized nipples?

[–]LuckyImpact 1 point2 points ago

I have the best boner right now

[–]RattsWoman 10 points11 points ago

I like wearing bras. They keep my breasts from unnecessarily sagging and they look nice. Also I wear comfortable ones. ಠ_ಠ

[–]CptOblivion 0 points1 point ago

But it's so much more fun to complain than it is to fix the problem!

[–]sugarunicorn 8 points9 points ago

For larger cup sizes, that is easier said than done. Smaller busts have lots of options, particularly wireless and sports bras. DD and above? Good luck finding something without pokey-ass wire and straps that dig into your shoulders that is actually supportive.

[–]platewalrus 2 points3 points ago

wiggle wiggle wiggle wiggle wiggle, yeah

[–]Sharkfist1 2 points3 points ago

I feel like there should be a caption somewhere saying, "Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle yeah!"

[–]underatedrawk 2 points3 points ago

I for one welcome our jiggly boobed overlords

[–]stickfish 2 points3 points ago

I think this gif may have ruined boobs for me. For at least 20 minutes.

[–]slitrobo 2 points3 points ago

On behalf of all men everywhere you are more than welcome to never having to wear a bra ever again.

[–]gray-Inquisitor 3 points4 points ago

Best feeling in the world. Especially after a really long day.

[–]ohoona 5 points6 points ago

Yesssss Finally a post by a female that I can relate to! Excellent!

[–]kinkakinka 3 points4 points ago

I wish it was more socially acceptable to go bra-less in public. So much comfier!

[–]phyzome 5 points6 points ago

I think it's fairly socially acceptable, judging by the number of "headlights" I see around here during warmer weather. (Boston area.)

[–]lengthynewt 3 points4 points ago

I know I'm not the only one, but I find it really uncomfortable when I remove my bra at the end of the day. It'd be more comfy to wear it 24/7.

[–]OneEagerGentleman 1 point2 points ago

Thank you for giving me my only genuine laugh of the day!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points ago

[–]foreverscarred 1 point2 points ago

Zoidberg, STOP DOING THAT!

[–]clearlyclassy 1 point2 points ago

FREEDOM!

[–]Stormdancer 1 point2 points ago

[–]BrianTheLady 1 point2 points ago

[–]iHartLaRoo 1 point2 points ago

[–]ilovetodance 1 point2 points ago

[–]icursezoidberg 1 point2 points ago

Freedom. Freedom. Freedom. Oy!!

[–]UlisesGirl 1 point2 points ago

Oh, thank you! You reminded me to take my bra off... Ahhhhhhhhhh... it's so good.

[–]TheFirstDay 8 points9 points ago

NSFW... and what the fuck?

[–]g000dn 1 point2 points ago

What a coincidence. As a man, that is also how I feel after I take your bra off.

[–]easy_Money[!] 1 point2 points ago

Ha. Gross.

[–]DerpinaSD 1 point2 points ago

[–]username1213 1 point2 points ago

This needs a Brazzers logo on it

[–]HungLikeJesus24 1 point2 points ago

I usually yell, "RELEASE THE CRACKENS!"

[–]koeserm21 1 point2 points ago

And just like that I'm gay.

[–]conversationchanger 1 point2 points ago

I find it interesting that this is your feeling after such an event. But if you were a pokemon which would you be?

[–]casual_complimenter 1 point2 points ago

I have so many people to label "Girl" now.

[–]aco620 1 point2 points ago

OH GOD, PUT IT BACK ON! PUT IT BACK ON!

[–]nukefudge 0 points1 point ago

i feel like this after taking my clothes off, i don't need bras for that.

[–]WookieesGoneWild 0 points1 point ago

Crustacean alien? Why not motorboat?
