I knew it !! I was asked by a co worker the other day why I believe in evolution. so I started by stating the logical fallacies of creationism. I said that it doesn't make sense that god didn't create the sun until about the 3rd or 4th day (I wasn't entirely sure which one but I knew it wasn't the first day). and she stated that he created the sun on the first day because that's when he separated day and night. since I felt I was somewhat rusty on the order of the six days and hadn't read gneiss since two summers ago I dropped that and moved on with the rest of my argument. . . if only I didn't second guess myself. . .

Nice. So what you did was give a thorough explanation for the science behind it, but not a detail of each creation theory. You could have just as easily said, for science "Because XX research article said so."

And people wonder why I say atheists are intellectually dishonest.
