One can become very angry with god until one realizes that he doesn't exist suddenly the anger vanished because there's nothing to be angry at. The all knowing gurus who preach the 'science' of yoga would say it is 'Karma' at work here. The boy (as if he isn't suffering enough) is paying the price for his past transgressions, his evil actions of the past a former life most likely given his young age in which he behaved wrongly. Talk about your mind fuck.
