Beware of trading scammers!

A subreddit for anything related to games (but not sports). "Related" means that posts must contain gaming-related content in the link/post body, not just a "forced" connection via the title or a caption added to the content.

"Generic" image macros/memes (where the character itself is not related to gaming) like Scumbag Steve, Good Guy Greg, etc. will be removed. Something that "reminds you of a game", or "looks like something from a game" is also not an appropriate submission.

Damn I hated my NES Max controller.

Why couldn't they have left the D-pad normal and have the 'turbo' buttons?

Me too. Such a bad design. I probably used mine twice. The Advantage on the otherhand was fucking awesome, and it was built like a tank. Mine worked flawlessly for the better part of 15 years. I have thrown it, kicked it, and repeatedly bashed the shit out of the joystick in frustration and it always took it like a champ.

There was a kid in my class, Neilon, who was the hugest dork. Nobody ever gave him a hard time, he was in special ed, and probably mildly retarded.

However, his parents owned the only arcade in town. On Neilon's birthday the place was opened up to whoever was invited. The days leading up to his birthday, Neilon was king.

His party we could make our own ice cream cones and he handed out quarters so everyone could play space invaders for free. Then his mother would try to reign us all in to play games like "drop the quarter in a cup that in water" which we all took that quarter and dropped it in a machine. Homemade birthday cake didn't compare to piling on so much softserve you could no longer see your hand and dipping it in the sprinkles bucket.

Good times, good times.

Where can I get me one of those shirts!

[–]vroomMuphin -1 points0 points ago

If he has some chairs.

I'm not entirely sure whoever built this gets the concept of convenient gaming. The arcade cabinet just makes it more difficult to play Nintendo games.
