it's really hard to make that comparison, as most people who feel the pain of child birth do not have balls. and vice versa.

The thing I've seen states that there is a unit for measuring pain (call it PN) and child birth is like 500 PN or something, and getting hit in the nuts is 9000 PN. I've seen it going around sometimes, just didn't really buy the fact there's a way of calculating pain.
