More specifically I think that's an Ermine aka Stoat. I know this because one killed all my chickens and got into my house one time. It scared the crap out of my girlfriend when it stuck it's head out from the under the couch right between her legs. I know, pics or it didn't happen. You'll just have to believe, too damn fast to grab my camera.

I used to work in the Arctic during the summer doing botanical surveys, and the least productive day of the season was when the baby short-tailed weasels came out of their dens for the first time. They would run right up and put their paws on your boots and look up at you. Adorability achievement unlocked.
