It go 41 upvotes on r/starswars when i checked and 85% liked it. This would prove to me that they did find it funny and only a minority of people 15% weren't amused.

It's not that they didn't find it funny it's that your a karma slut. You can't get enough karma. You tried taking it from r/starwars but that wasn't good enough you didn't feel satisfied. So you went over to r/funny to see if we they could satisfy your urges.

I like how imaginary numbers can make people into "whores" & "sluts". We seem to have taken this whole karma thing a little too seriously. Is no activity safe from over the top exaggeration? Why is anything that isn't clearly for men considered "gay"? Why is anyone not an expert in their respective video game a "noob"? Do we not know what range is or middle ground? Why do we always try to turn the dial to 11 to get our message across? Is there no way to describe your disdain for the post besides belittling the poster?

Because humor is relative to the audience. Bring it to /r/funny where more people see it, and where more lame-asses find it funny. Audience has worse sense of humor, bad joke does better. Find a crappy joke on this sub, and check the comments. Some people will say they've been laughing at it for hours and cried and have sore abs.
