Long story short, no. I asked redditors' help in collecting the necessary data and records (I had neither the money nor the inclination to submit that many FOIA requests), but a total of zero people stepped up to the plate. So anything that was dependent on that data can't be done. I have an empty shell to take the data, but no data to go in it.
