I think what happens is that with a freebie, people do not think ahead and carefully decide what they want. They go on a trial and error hike because redoing it is still free. Also some people have a lack of natural inhibitions with free stuff: you can observe that with an alll you can eat buffet where people carry of way more than they can possibly eat.

Do people enjoy this movie simply because it has terrible everything? One day my friend invited me and a few others over to watch it. It was torturous. I felt like it was a meme I wasn't a part of (and I'm sure it was). Either way, I'm not sure if I got trolled, or if he actually enjoys this movie.

Perhaps you were watching the plot and not watching the movie and thats why you found it torturous.

People like it because they listen for the poorly written dialogue, the bad timing, the awkward transition, and the unconvincing and tragic acting. There is so much poorly done movie-work that there's actually a lot to watch.

I think why you had difficulty watching the movie is because it isn't 'watched' in the same way as you'd expect. It's like going to a bad horror movie expecting it to be a comedy.

Perhaps you are right, the mindset I went into the movie with ensured I couldn't enjoy. Still, If I had to watch it again, I doubt I can force myself to enjoy it for its colourful spectrum of low quality everything. Don't get me wrong, after watching a few clips, I can appreciate the humour. I've seen some of the clips on youtube and I think they are hilarious and entertaining. Watching the movie as a whole, though, is difficult for me because I could ever find such long, boring, disturbing, and abominable film making tolerable, let alone amusing. Sorry for being so blunt =P

I get that reaction to the movie. I personally just have a deeper appreciation for quality and the lack therof than most peopel. In 2005 I watched a lot of truly horrible movies, and it gave me a better appreciation for even slightly 'ok' movies, but it also gave me a kind of weird interest in the truly terrible movie as its own viewing experience.

Sidenote question: do you watch any/ a lot of foreign movies?

I do have a favourite genre which makes other genres feel insufficient to me. I'm absolutely in love with sci-fi, and it does affect the way I see many other genres. I enjoy quality though, and even if a movie is a non sci-fi drama (one of my least favourite genres), if it is well done, I am not ashamed to enjoy it. On the other hand, I still find some movies that are poorly made (such as army of darkness, brain dead, and many other b movies) to be incredibly entertaining, so in the end it just comes down to preference for me.

It's actually pretty simple. Just select the other arm, copy/paste, then Ctrl+T or right click and flip horizontally. The most difficult part is blending it in on the other side, and even that isn't challenging. You can get pretty good results with just a partially transparent eraser brush.
