Yes, this is from Jesus Camp. And to be honest, the actual people in the documentary are exponentially more bizarre and frightening than this gif could ever hope to be.

I honestly have no idea. That's what it reminded me of, which is why I chose to use the title I did. I took it from some bands MySpace page a few years ago and found it last night while looking for something else on an old hard drive. Its origin is unknown to me.
