I believe this is from the same movie. It's called Alluda Majaka. The scene with the horse is at about two minutes through this video. EDIT: I guess I'm wrong. That's what I read elsewhere. My buddy has the movie and says it's great.

I don't know. the print on the sign in the background (of this gif) is clearly tamil. and they are not the same actor either.
