I know this agony.

Dont do this! Wait for a a little over a week, resend your resume stating your interest again, and then wait. The times I resent my resume, I got a response right away. Some said no but at least I knew!

i was recently told by a friend to keep checking back for every job i applied to, and got some positive results. it is better to have a yes or no so you don't waste your time. when you check back on an application, you often get to speak to the manager, which may get your foot in the door.

I received an email telling me about their healthcare benefits. With the last sentence "I'll be back in touch again soon"........still waiting.

"We'll call you in a few days with an answer either way."

[–]Sodapotinski 1 point2 points ago

I'm in this boat right now. They are supposed to make a decision tomorrow. I can't uncross my fingers.

Right there with you. Interview was 2 weeks ago. I tried sending a follow up e-mail thanking them but the only e-mail I had ended up bouncing back to me.
