Yes, because make up is the only difference between these sets of photos.

It's not like there were an army of stylists, photographers, art directors, assistants, etc. creating the images which were then sent to retouching studios for several hours of work.

Just put make up on them and there you go!

I have a feeling that the before pictures were photoshopped to make the faces less symmetrical, just to increase the effect. Facial symmetry is one of the biggest reasons someone is perceived as attractive.
