It probably has a severe neuromuscular disease that causes hypertonia. It's not just a stuck paw, it's in inability to jump, stuck paw, then severely hypertonic at the end. No bueno for the cat.

I think it was just in shock and didn't know how to react when it's back paw slid out and it lost all traction/forward momentum and couldn't make it to the bed. I really don't see how you could diagnose a neurological disorder from this gif without assuming a lot of things.
