This gif is used all of the time RedSquaree. And I'm not sure you understand the concept of this gif, or /r/reactiongif for that matter. You use this gif to show your reaction to something. Just because someone at some point used this gif to show their reaction to something, doesn't mean everyone else is forbidden from using it.

Now I would understand what you're saying if I copied the title of my post from another post. But that is not the case.
