It wasn't, it's a 3D object made in After Effects.

The guy in the video makes CGI and video editing tutorials, this was one of his sample videos to show what can be done. Cat and the guy are real, but the TV and guitar are not.

If you don't feel like believing me, take a closer look at the cat's head when it steps out from behind the TV. It just pops up out of nowhere, instantly.
