This .gif has been ruined for me ever since a friend told me that the guy was having trouble with nose-stuffing aka. snot, and was about to remove it when he saw he was on the big screen. And then he's "saying": What are you filming, I'm not picking my nose at all man? Why are they filming me ?...

The guy in the background is even explaining to his friend that they are filming him because he is touching his nose. "He goes like this, what is this".
