MLK cheated on his wife and was generally a dick to her, it doesn't mean his words didn't hold truth.
Christians won't quote Kony saying how great Christianity is as it can make them look bad, the same goes for quoting Krushchev

Well to be fair, neither of our examples is a very good comparison to Krushchev who was at the end of the day just another politician, but we still quote politicians all the time and I see nothing wrong with that. I might dislike Reagan for being a total douche, but I'll still quote;
"We establish no religion in this country, we command no worship, we mandate no belief, nor will we ever. Church and state are, and must remain, separate."
