I have done CPR more times than I know (I'm a volunteer firefighter/EMT). I have had people die while working on them, or mid sentence (wasn't doing CPR while they were talking, don't worry).

CPR certified here and he's doing to all wrong. While choking the victim his arms should be crossed over the shoulders to prevent the victim from sitting up quickly and head butting his rescuer/assailant. Can never be too safe kids!
