the best mode in halo is everyone has active camo permanently, everyone has only sniper rifles.

you can't just shoot everywhere cause ppl will see you or discover your location via radar and shoot you. makes for some intense games. system link that shit

Me and a smoking buddy in high school had our own game within the game. Each person would get a warthog, then we'd take turns grabbing the rocket launcher. Then the game would begin.

The original goal was to flip the other person's warthog so they auto-abandon. Once this was done, the flipper's goal was to kill the person now on the ground. The flippee's goal was to rocket launcher the flipper before getting run the fuck over. Whoever killed the other got a point, rinse and repeat.

One of the best methods for getting the flag was to drive the warhog INTO THE FUCKING BUILDING, it's a tight fit, but you can get all the way in.

Hardly ANYONE would ever catch on, and you would get so many road kills in the building.

So many memories, me and a few friends would it up on Halo CE get on skype and raise havok, to jumping across the map with the flag in C.T.F and rapidly shot down. big team battle on coagulation is without a doubt the finest console gaming i have experienced.

25+ kill streak with the sniper rifle and shotgun. 20 splatters in one life in the ghost. driving the enemy around in the jeep and helping him to massacre your team as they peck at your shields. dropping the bomb through the level. the eagle's nest. riding the banshee across the map with the flag/bomb. and playing the game it was supposed to be played was pretty fun too

nothing in halo 3 or later compares IMHO.
