The girl's singing about how her dreams are expanding, and then her expectations for the future, and then how her heart is expanding. In Japanese, heart (胸) can also mean, "chest", so it sounds like she's talking about her breasts also entering a growth spurt. At this point in time, the tanuki's balls start swinging, and then all the animals show off their chests.

Tanuki are considered lucky, but also tricksters. Also, Japan isn't as hung up on nudity or genitals as we are. They're used for humor a lot more often. IE, wood engravings of tanuki using their large scrotums as a umbrella, or stretching them out into a tarp for hauling wood, or boating.

There's a song about these things from the movie that's been mentioned elsewhere (Tanuki Pom-Poko): tan-tan-tanuki no kintama wa kaze mo nai no ni bura bura, which roughly translates as "The racoon-dog's golden balls sway back and forth though there is no wind."
