Listen dude I live in a country with an atheist national leader and most of my countrymen are atheist. The USA is attempting to turn itself into a theocracy. Reddit is predominantly made up of people from the USA. Making atheism more real and more personal seems to be a fucking good idea. So dude, you missed the point dude.

No I actually agree. I do think its good to make atheism more personal and I did like these posts when I first seen them but my point is was that its being overdone.
It will be gone in a few days, just let it play out, its seems very cathartic for many. I dont need to come out in my country but there are many in the USA who post their coming out stories. This latest thing is just a bolder version.
