But, even if it were true, can you remember your past self? Do you know who you were, what you did, where you went? No. That is the same as dying. You stop existing in your current state, and even if "you" were to be reborn, you wouldn't really be you, would you?

Why ask questions if you already know the answer? How do YOU know we don't remember our past life if after this one? You might or might not be you in your current form, maybe you gain a new form but keep your mind? Who can say they truly know what happens to us after we die? Religion has its beliefs but where is the proof..the evidence?

Ya but what if we aren't babies in the "next" life? This can go on and on im just saying we don't really know and nobody can tell us. Just makes me think is all. Marijuana will do that to me Haha.

That would be a pleasant surprise, but we cannot know this. Until we die we will not know who was right, or if anyone at all was right. That is the sad thing we cannot tell because nobody that dies long enough to decide whether or not there was anything there, is dead.
I would love for there to be an afterlife, but I cannot honestly tell myself there is one, for that would be untruthful to myself, and I do not want to be like those who lie to make themselves feel better about death.
