It's from the show Survivor. Their reaction is when Jeff Probst announces that Marcus was voted off at the last tribal council. The two girls were in an alliance with him before they got split up and the guy with the grin was on the opposing alliance.

No. It is from Survivor : Gabon. The people in the gif are Sugar (far right), Matty (middle with the grin) and Corrine (probably spelled that wrong, on the left).
