Looks like some sort of art project or indeed a movie set like others have said. I was a bit wtf at first, until I realized that that can't be blood on the floor. You can see right through it to the floor underneath, so it's probably water or at worst piss.

Those "bodies" at the back also look like mannequins, especially those legs on the right, standing straight up.

I read something on reddit about this picture.

Apparently they was all pissed out their face, trained stopped and they all fell down and knocked themselves our and slid across the floor pissing themselves too as their muscle relaxed.

I think this image is a fake (thank God!)

Look in the seat on the right side, near the bodies. It appears to be the upper half of a manikin. Notice that the boob has no nipple, and the torso has no head.

Now look on the right side behind the bodies. There are two legs, in pants, upside down but oriented vertically. There's no way those are the real legs of a dead man, because they would bend at the knees and never stay in that position.

Last, look at the pelvis-type piece closest to the camera. It's missing a leg and the torso, and yet there is no blood to be seen anywhere around it. Unless the meat completely blend out and was then moved, it too must be fake.

So yeah... totally fake,and I'm glad.
