I just finished reading the whole thing. That was rather sickening, but strangely interesting psychologically. The whole story left me with a odd tightness in my stomach, and uneasy groaning pain. I want to think it's fake, but I know there is a slim chance it is not. The whole thing about sewing the pussy shut? What good would that be to anyone who purchased one of these dolls. It seems a little to extreme to be anything possible. Still disturbing and sickening, but I believe it to be fake.

To waylay your concerns this sounds like really badly written fantasy erotica - clinically speaking I think this would be impossible. The kind of "treatment" this person describes would result in death within a year (probably less).

Feeding infant formula to an adult would not suffice. A baby's needs are different than that of a child or adult.

There absolutely are ... but read the passage to see the extreme lengths described here. Essentially this person is removing limbs, teeth, and vocal cords, and then taking away all senses. This process, as described, would result in death of the individual, probably within a few months.

Im sure that there are some horrible things that happen to sex slaves and people who are exploited in the illegal sex industry - but not in the way described in this at length.
