You should only get diarrhea from Taco Bell if you have Irritible Bowell Syndrome, if you're allergic to something in the food, if you're lactose intolerant and had too much cheese, or if you got food poisoning from bad sanitation.

Indeed, on a driving trip in the states I had to eat at Taco Bell. I was prepared for it to be terrible, but it only left me wanting more. Pretty good for fast food.

When I live abroad for extended periods of time there are certain foods that I start to crave after maybe eight months or so. Foods that have no substitute because their flavor and texture is really unique. Taco Bell tacos are one of those foods and it sucks when you live in a country that doesn't have one.
