Lets see here, he's actually not doing too badly:

1) Eyes level with text? Check

2) Neck bent slightly, head nearly straight? Check

3) Shoulders down, arms relaxed? Well, one shoulder is down and he certainly looks relaxed

4) Hands and wrists straight? Yep, we can't fault him there...that right wrist is straight as an arrow

5) Feet and lower back supported? Very much so, no stress on feet. Back supported by ground.

You can't just sit at a computer, you need to create a comfortable battle station. Laptop in prime position for viewing and reducing screen glare, seating position so one is reclined, back comfortable with enough room to move the ass if it becomes numb. Beverages within arm length, food stock nominal-high at all times. Ease of access to nearest exit in case of bathroom emergency. Also enough room is needed to maneuver hands to fap-time.

For some reason i instinctively sit like this With my back slightly hunched and my wrists on the desk. Dont ask why, there's plenty of legroom and my floor is most definitely not a pool of lava. I just dont get it.

My computering posture was always counterintuitive, and just plain weird to outsiders. For example: I set my chair fairly high and propped one leg up on the desk like this. Over time, I became more flexible as I decreased my chair height without knowing. Now I can place my foot behind my head and it is most definitely because of my strange office posture. Another unintentional exercise that I sometimes did without even realizing was a plank supported by the chair and the desk like this.

The fact is that that kind of seat has a gap between the back and the seat, and that gap may tend to be a bit higher than many realize. It is best to build in a back support with rolled up blue jeans wrapped in a towel, or some other material without too much spring/fluffiness, or there is a good chance that those really needing lower lumbar support will have this dip/gap at the lower back that won't get real support.

Actually, that first one is wrong. It's better for your back to have somewhere around a 135 degree incline. Sitting straight up is very hard on your back.
