I just wanted to point out, while this looks kinda gross, it's not as insanly gross as people make it to be. It's mostly just chewed food he "vomited" not an actual vomit. At an eating contest you vomit cause you are full. You can safely assume there is plenty of food to vomit that hasn't even reached the stomach. The thing he threw up was no worse than Chicken McNuggets or so.
