Probably not, the terminal velocity of a cat is not too high and they are good at displacing energy after a fall. There's videos of cats jumping off of telephone poles and dashing away immediately after, seemingly unharmed.

I once had a crazy cat that would bolt out the front door of my 4th story apartment the moment the door opened; she would jump off the porch/balcony and cling to the concrete veneer on the outside of the building, claws fully extended, 4 stories up, zigzagging left to right, up and down, and then somehow she would find her way back to the porch/balcony and back into the apartment.
It never stopped being shocking to me and anyone else who was around to witness the freak show.
Why did she do it? No effing idea.
