I just dont get the black culture thing. We had a manager at my workplace (that caters to very conservative types) & he would routinely wear what i like to call "pimp suits". Just outrageously colored suits. Everyone else (customers & employees) is wearing very conservative & professional attire & this manager is wearing very outlandish suits (mostly bright red & purple colors). He was recently "let go".

edit: He DID have nice tastes when it came to vehicles. Very nice high-end looking vehicles that were also very conservative-looking.
