Since the first time i've seen this gif I've been convinced that blood is pouring out of her cracked skull at a fairly decent rate during the last set of images. You can see it grow. I've always thought she died and the guy juggling his balls will never be the same again. Also, locals will never play in that lane again and secretly call it 'skullcrusher ballevard'. As long as there's no ama by the victim or juggler, I'll assume I've been right all along.

I dont think that the bowling bowl wouldve cruched her head, even if it is real. The way that the juggler is juggling, those look like light balls, so maybe 8-10 pounds. A fractured skull maybe, but no way any serious damage.
