Similar gif from another post of reddit. The shifts are more subtle less harsh. I like the 4x and 2x slower versions. I think the one you posted is probably an older one and the one here is more modern remake. Also, the associated thread with slow downs etc Also a karma decay to a previous post.

The best effect in both gifs is achieved if you stare it straight in the eyes.
