          I eat a raw egg on a near daily basis. Its actually amazingly good if you mix it with hot rice, 2 fried eggs, some crumbled ground beef and salt and pepper. Anyway I have never had salmonella and I just have it with costco eggs.

                                I tend to eat healthy 5-6 days a week so that one day per week I can eat whatever the fuck I want without worrying about consequences. Perhaps there are still some health consequences but I'm fit and happy with this plan.

                                I'm definitely thinking my goal is to hit 200 by the beginning of May and then give up on losing weight for a few months so I can enjoy the summer (and just maintain for those months). Then I'll jump back into dieting and shit next fall/winter and get the rest of the way down to 180ish (which is my end goal). We'll see if that actually happens.

                                Whatever. I was (and still am) fat and I'll be glad to be not-so-fat. Definitely don't think I want to put all that weight back on again though.

                                      That is the Airbake pizza pan by Kitchenware. Go buy one now. Right now. Anything that's being baked that isn't gooey (cookies) comes out AWESOME on that thing. I honestly pimp it to all my friends. It's amazing.
