I clean my plate more often now, that's for sure.

They didn't hurt when I made my largest ever donation last year - African famine relief. Spent an extra few minutes thinking about it and doubled my normal donation even though money was tight.

I haven't done an analysis of how many of which types of pictures are posted, but I suspect it is more accurate to say that many atheists upvote a lot of starving African pictures. I hang out in "what's new" and I rarely see such pictures. How the godless masses vote about those few pictures may skew your perceptions.

I know, man. It's a joke.

I feel far and away the number 1 types of post are the facebook kind, followed by rage comics. For some reason I don't see many starving african kid photos on atheism, in fact I just went through the first three pages and saw a grand total of zero. They appear yes, but certainly not frequently. EDIT: Sarcasm?

I was just joking around, man. I just happened to see a slightly large amount, and thought it was funny.

Because starving people are funny? That's sick and yes I know it's a joke, but this really isn't something to joke about.

That's because there are a lot of starving Africans and hunger is a big issue in my book. Same reason we pick mostly on Christianity and Islam.
